  学习与工作经历

1989年毕业于兰州大学化学系,

1996年于中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所获理学博士学位,

1999年至2001年受日本大坂工业技术研究院STA特别研究员,

2001-2006年在加拿大皇家军事学院,

20069月受聘加入烟台大学。

现为烟台大学特聘教授,日本东京都立大学访问学者。
